Dirty and Dirty Cleaning Services LLC (D&D) is family owned & operated. D&D is incorporated in the state of Florida (82-4170770) and exclusively conducts business in the Tampa Bay Area (Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas) as a commercial cleaning company. We also service, Gainesville, Ocala, and Crystal River. We currently provide a diverse level of custodial services to 35 clients made up of small-large sized businesses in multi-tenant or owner-occupied buildings, dental offices, and industrial/manufacturing buildings.
Our proactive management approach gives D&D the flexibility and responsiveness to anticipate each customer’s changing requirements. Each business sector provides its own unique challenges. D&D relies on our customer service and experience in all environments to effectively deploy the ‘best fit’ model to managing your ever-changing needs. Since our founding in 2018, D&D has continued to provide a clean, safe and healthy work environment.

When you partner with D&D, you receive trained staff to cover all your needs. The staff chosen to maintain your buildings/offices will be thoroughly screened prior to assignment.
Our flexibility allows us to cover your unscheduled or last-minute events, such as corporate leadership visits, client meetings, internal events, or to help clean up that untimely mess.
In addition to general office cleaning duties and any other special requirements, D&D can provide critical cleaning services such as external window cleaning, carpet shampoo/extraction, and hard-floor maintenance, such as steam mopping, scrubbing, and polishing.
These additional floor care services help extend (or bring back) the life of your floor that helps keep it looking vibrant and clean, especially if your business is customer/client facing.

Owners David and Julie Collins will be your only points of contact 24 hours a day via phone/email. David and/or Julie will conduct all walk-throughs (initial and changes) at your office, establish the scope of the job and then train the cleaning staff. The details of the cleaning duties will be provided to you for review in the contract proposal.
