- Live in the areas/counties we serve (Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, Polk, Lake, Osceola, Marion, Citrus, Alachua, to Orange (Orlando))
- Have reliable transportation
- Organized
- Liability insurance, preferred.
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Speak English
- Have your own cleaning equipment, vacuum, mop, micro-fiber towels, dusters, push broom, disinfectant, glass & floor cleaner.
- Great communication skills
- Willing to work nights and weekends (depending on the customer’s needs).
